Are the packs factory sealed?
Yes! Every booster pack included in our mystery products is factory sealed and handled with care during packaging. Packs are stored securely and only sourced through reputable distributors and suppliers to ensure quality and authenticity.
Are the packs unweighed?
Yes absolutely! All packs are completely unweighed. We never screen or weigh any of the packs we include in our Mystery Packs — our priority is maintaining the integrity and fairness of every pack.
Are the odds accurate?
Absolutely. Each drop is meticulously planned, with exact odds calculated based on the total number of packs and chase tiers. Our system ensures fairness across the board, and the published odds reflect the real chances of hitting each tier. Once a batch is sealed and listed, nothing is changed or altered.
Is everything genuine?
Yes. Every single item we include whether it's a booster pack, a slab, or a graded card — is 100% authentic Pokémon product. We would never include fakes, proxies, or resealed items.
🛒 Ordering & Payment
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and most prepaid debit cards.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order is confirmed.
However, if you contact us immediately after ordering, there's a small window where we might be able to catch it before it ships. If we can, we’ll do our best to help — but this isn’t guaranteed.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes immediately after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a second email with your tracking information.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 14 days and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
